Envisaged as a synergistic marriage of specialisms, the new company’s combined workforce of 35 will offer a comprehensive range of health and safety services from four office locations (Tonbridge, Hemel, Congleton and Helsby). “This marks another milestone in RSK ENSR's continued expansion. Clients appreciate our across-theboard experience and by integrating our skills in this way we can ensure they get a highly efficient and professional service wherever it is needed,” said RSK ENSR Group’s managing director, Dr. Alan Ryder. The merger, to be made official in April, offers existing and prospective clients a one-stop-shop for health and safety consultancy and asbestos management services. David Pratt, currently a director for RSK ESNR Shear, will spearhead the company as Managing Director. “The new company will not only enhance our service delivery to clients but provide greater flexibility in obtaining projects and wider career opportunities for the staff,” said Mr. Pratt.
