One of our clients approached us after experiencing major problems with its customer relationship management process. Contacts were being stored on a series of spreadsheets and MS Outlook contacts, leading to duplications and a distinct lack of transparency. As a result, customers were often contacted for the same reason on several occasions, wasting time at both ends.

RSK Project Services’ solution was to design a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. New contacts or actions are entered remotely from any location with Internet access. All data is live, held in one place and backed up on a regular basis.

A “Reporting Wizard” generates bespoke reports. A bulk email and document mail merge facility enables wide-scale marketing activity at the click of a mouse, while an “action tracking” module allows actions to be recorded and allocated to the relevant resource. In short, things are quicker and more user-friendly.

The system contains several levels of security access, from client access (read only) to super admin, all controlled via encrypted password login with user roles and rates fully controlled via the super admin user. A powerful admin module ensures the system is fully configurable by the admin users.
