RSK Group has established the UK’s only project management service specifically developed to support property developers during a construction scheme’s pre-development stages.

Underlining the Group’s ambition and enduring ability to adapt to prevailing market conditions,
RSK Development Solutions will act as a “one stop shop” conduit for developers, particularly those that have eschewed in-house teams in favour of expedient out-sourcing, to centrally manage and coordinate all aspects of pre-development.

The highly flexible service will serve as a focal point for over 200 individual RSK Group services and a network of specialist planning and architectural consultants. 

RSK Development Solutions is headed up by recently appointed associate director John Stainton, who has over 25 years of relevant industry experience, and has spent the last decade as technical director at companies like Bovis, Linden Homes and the Berkeley Group. His main area of expertise is in managing the design, planning and construction phases of complex, multi-purpose brownfield redevelopment projects.

In addition, RSK Group has been involved in the cabinet office task forces for remediation licensing and Soil Guideline Values.
