Last year we collected 6.25 million parameters from more than a quarter of a million locations. Peerless data management system
SENTINEL – our data-management system that was developed in-house and perfected over the course of 15 years – is one of the most sophisticated systems of its kind in the world.
It is designed to accommodate both daily metered and non-daily metered readings, and manages the resynchronisation of data when the asset has been maintained or replaced.
Any changes to your monitoring schedule will be accommodated systematically, so you can be confident it will always be ‘business as usual’.
Back-up
All data is backed up using synchronised servers with mirrored hard drives across different offices. Redundancy is built in throughout the system so that no matter what happens, your data will go out on time.
Presentation
Data is presented and delivered to you in whatever is the most efficient manner. A monthly report provides an overview of our performance and highlights any asset problems that could compromise future data collection.
Xoserve compatibility
All data is fully compliant and compatible with the Xoserve system, and automated uploading to the Xoserve network is performed by our data team. Our system is fully compatible with the Uniform Network Code section M (for Daily Metered Reads) and section H for (Non Daily Reads). Other systems similar to Xoserve are also available should they be required.

RSK Asset Data Management is familiar with the products ISKRA P2G and Technolog Cello, both of which use GSM and SMS. We currently download data from Cello dataloggers at multiple sites throughout the UK. Furthermore, we are researching new methods of downloading and transmitting data, including through intelligent mobile telegraphy.
Where required, PMAC software will be used to download automatic SMS readings from multiple, redundant servers.
In addition to the Technolog dataloggers, RSK Asset Data Management can also provide data relating to the condition of your asset such as equipment and installations in the local vicinity. We will be your eyes and ears on the ground. If necessary, we can also provide support to repair and replace faulty equipment.
