RSK is widely recognised as being at the vanguard of site investigation and has had its procedures for land acquisition and development adopted by the National House-Building Council to support its Land Quality initiative. We are also actively involved in research in this area in collaboration with, among others, CIRIA, the Soil Guideline Value Task Force, DEFRA's Contaminated Land Forum and the Environment Agency division dealing with the Definition of Waste.

RSK Group can deliver remediation contracting solutions

We have the ability to deliver a turnkey solution under a single contracting entity. Remediation services are delivered through a variety of contractual arrangements. The firm can act as design engineers and client representative, providing management through a resident engineering service, or we adopt a lead contractor position, overseeing and programme managing the delivery of remedial contracts, often via our own contracting business and/or in conjunction with our strategic contracting partners.
