Rotary boreholes
Rotary drilling techniques are used where boreholes are required in very dense gravel or bedrock. RSK recovers samples of bedrock in seamless plastic tubes for logging by a suitably qualified engineer and testing in its laboratories. Most of our rotary coring work relies on Comacchio MC300 drilling rigs, which are suitable for limited access work.
