Legionella
Under the Approved Code of Practice, as the duty holder of premises you must appoint a responsible person to take day-to-day responsibility for managing the risk from legionella. This person must have sufficient knowledge and competency to discharge their duties. You may also have other personnel who require legionella training, such as maintenance personnel, duty holders, those carrying out monitoring and inspection tasks, and senior management.
