RSK Communication Services assisted RSK’s archaeology team by creating a short video for museum visitors that explains how the finds were unearthed. If you can’t make it to the museum to see the artefacts, you can watch the video here.
“In the coming months, we will be analysing the objects in detail to find out their dates and functions, which will help us to piece together the story of the cobbled road,” says RSK archaeologist Laurence Hayes.
“We are grateful to the Midland Metro Alliance and RSK for enabling us to show our visitors these finds from Birmingham’s past,” adds Ellen McAdam, director of the Birmingham Museums Trust.
