Rob was selected as one of three winning assessors for achieving the highest average score across BREEAM assessments carried out in 2013. His consistency was recognised at the award ceremony on 4 March at the Ecobuild event in the London ExCel Exhibition Centre.
The Building Research Establishment environmental assessment method (BREEAM) is the world’s leading and most widely used assessment method for measuring and optimising the environmental sustainability performance of buildings. RSK is involved with BREEAM assessments across the UK, including retail, offices, education and healthcare assessments, and has assessed over 30 projects to final certification and has 40 plus buildings undergoing assessment.
An integral part of RSK’s award-winning BREEAM team, Rob has been a licensed BREEAM assessor since 2011 and became a BREEAM Accredited Professional last year. He is also a Code for Sustainable Homes assessor.
“I’ve worked mainly on retail projects, including a new retail park development in Milton Keynes that has achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating and a cinema restaurant complex that’s currently under construction and targeting an ‘Excellent’ rating,” Rob told the award providers.
