The high-specification block will be built on the site of a former data service centre. It will include communal areas in a central courtyard and parking.
CWA director Dave Copeland commented, “We’re pleased to be involved in such an exciting project, which promises to modernise the area while complementing existing buildings. As well as being in keeping with the existing skyline and creating an attractive streetscape, the development will result in valuable and much-needed new housing stock in an area that is in high demand."
The development is due for completion by the end of 2019.
