The new team consists of RSK safety professionals and has been accredited by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). It will expand RSK’s services in the areas of construction safety, health and safety training and health and safety compliance support for key clients in the energy, property, education and public sectors.
Specifically, the team can deliver director-level IOSH courses to the general workforce, including the IOSH leading safely course, the IOSH managing safely course and the IOSH working safely course. The team can also develop and deliver bespoke health and safety training courses.
Alongside training, the team can also undertake the provision of nominated competent health and safety support services; CDM advisor and principal designer support services; audits and inspections to ensure health and safety compliance against agreed scopes; chair risk workshops and undertake fire risk assessments. They can also develop documentation such as health and safety management systems, including policies and procedures; risk assessments and method statements (RAMS); pre-construction information; construction phase plans; and health and safety files.
