The building, 8–10 Waterloo Place, in the St James’s Conservation Area of Central London, UK, underwent a full refurbishment of the office floors to improve the internal environment significantly and provide the standard of office accommodation now expected by occupiers in this prime location.
Acies was commissioned as the structural engineer by client Cornerstone. They provided civil and structural design and construction monitoring services between 2014 and 2018.
