RSK has created a unique Time to Change puzzle, which is divided into eight pieces, one piece for each of our divisions. The puzzle pieces are making their way around the company, which boasts over 130 offices globally across 26 countries, for staff to sign.
RSK directors signed the first puzzle piece in September
The signed pieces will be brought together at the end of November 2019. This will symbolise the coming together of all RSK businesses to unite in one mission to change the way we think about mental health. Following its assembly, the puzzle will be on display in the Helsby office to remind everyone who works from or visits our headquarters that we are committed to the Time to Change cause.
Alan comments, “I am delighted to have signed the Time to Change Employer Pledge because it cements RSK’s existing attitudes towards mental health and all aspects of well-being. Over the last few years, RSK has been on a well-being journey to bring the whole company together through a health and wellbeing initiative. This has included four Pedometer Challenges, setting up an internal support network of wellbeing champions and more recently Mental Health First Aiders, and taking part in national and international campaigns such as World Mental Health Day and Time to Talk Day. The pledge will ensure an ongoing focus on well-being; there is still a lot to do remove the stigma associated with mental health. By choosing to be open about mental health, we are all part of a movement that is changing conversations about mental health and ensuring that no one is made to feel isolated or alone for having a mental health problem.”
In signing the Employer Pledge, RSK has joined a growing movement of more than 900 employers in England across all sectors, from FTSE 100 companies and leading retailers to government departments and local authorities.
Look out for the completed puzzle in December!
